JETL is involved in various research and development projects aimed at WasteWater Management and Environmental Studies with Universities, Institutions and organizations.

JETL has successfully converted biological sludge into Bio-compost using EM Technology (Effective Micro-organism Technology). This field studies carried out by Acharya N G Ranga Agricultural University [ANGRAU], Hyderabad. They concluded that none of heavy metals into the plant or grain due to application of EM Compost, hence recommended EM Compost can be safely applied to crops like maize, paddy, etc.

Acharya N G Ranga Agricultural University, Rice Research Unit - Bapatla used our EM-Compost for field application for paddy at their research centre. After field studies they stated that organic manure and its performance was found as good as other organic composts i.e. vermin-compost / farm yard manure.
