- JETL has developed greenery around the plant measuring about 12 acres. JETL also planted tree saplings on the roadsides of industrial estate to a tune of 20,000. Supplied 2000 plants with tree guards to near by Durga Colony, D.P. Colony, Apurupa Colony, S.R. Naik Nagar, Saibaba Nagar, Subash Nagar, Venkateshwara Nagar, Raju Colony, Kalyan Nagar etc. through their Welfare Associations for plantation on the internal road margins.

- In Apuroopa Colony open area is fenced and 230 saplings are planted.

- JETL is maintaining a public park at Shapur Nagar Centre. JETL has constructed 6 Nos. of children bath centres with bore wells sunk at a cost of 7 lakhs in the localities where in people of financially weak are residing and they have no means of Manjeera Water Supply. This is taking care about the need of 30,000 people residing in those colonies of Markandeya Nagar, Sanjay Gandhi Nagar, Nehru Nagar, Kalavathi Nagar &Basavatharaka Nagar.

- JETL sponsored a Sulabh Complex at a cost of 6 lakhs as a hygienic measure for the use of the peasantry who are involved in the small trade like vegetable selling etc. at Shapur Nagar.

- Three Nos. Tri-cycles issued under "Exnora Programme" through Qutbullapur Municipality to the economically weak colonies to maintain hygienic conditions.

- Fogging Machine issued to Qutbullapur Municipality to help in the eradication of mosquitoes in the Municipality.

- Walled the open area to create Children Park at Subhash Nagar.

- Providing water for watering the plants in Jeedimetla Industrial Area
